First, you made the book small, so this told me before I started reading that you get straight to the point, no frivolous or wasted words (As we are taught by TMHEM, that MFM never wasted a single word). No fillers.
Ever since I have been reading it's been ONE MAIN AND CONSTANT Principle............. INTROSPECTIVE REFLECTION.
Due to the logging, writing, and journaling which keeps the Us (The readers) interactive, we have no chance at what we do best when it's a subject of ourselves that we don't particularly care for.......... DEFLECT and BURY (Deflect any personal at association, and Bury our heads in the sand).
Now as for the information inside. I've see so many introspective lessons dealing with self (The Teaching Excluded since it's your books Foundation), usually calls for the reader to look OUTSIDE of self in order to look within (ie...... Go to the park and focus on the beauty of nature or watch the majesty of the birds...ect), but you Sir, continue to keep us focused on SELF without the external distractions.

The Journey to Get the Love You Desire Begins with You is indeed a journey. It made me take a more in depth look at not only myself but my past and the effects my childhood and former relationships have on my current life. It awakened me to things I had never thought about as it relates to behaviors. It's not only a profound read, but it includes activities to help guide you through the process of becoming a better you. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and deem it necessary for anyone wanting to self improve and find the mate they desire. The author did an awesome job and I recommend it to anyone bold enough to work harder on themselves.
